Heidi in February and she was really starting to develop her personality (approximately 13 weeks). She is a very happy and loving baby. Heidi is observant and is definitely a people watcher.

Heidi Louise Williams born November 8, 2010 at 8:59 AM, weighing 6 pounds 7 ounces and 19.5 inches long!
